THE OTHER HALF

AI · Automation · Web · Integrations

Youhavethehalfthatmatters.Webuildtheotherone.

Organizations that come to us already have the hard part — the research, the mission, the institution, the years of credibility. What they don't have is a technical team. We design and build the software, AI assistants and automation that carry that work into the world, then hand it over in a state you can actually run.

What we build

One partner instead of three vendors.

Most organizations end up with an agency for the site, a freelancer for the automation, and nobody at all for the AI. We do all three, which means one team holds the whole picture and nothing falls between contracts.

Artificial intelligence

Custom assistants that answer in your voice and from your documents, AI agents that take real actions in your tools, and automated analysis of the data you already collect but never read.

Automation & integrations

The plumbing between the tools you already pay for, so the work that four people do by hand every week stops being work. Built on n8n, APIs and webhooks — monitored, documented and yours.

  • n8n workflows
  • API connections
  • CRM setup & migration
  • AI-powered automation

Web & interactive

Sites, landing pages, portals and web applications — including interactive explainers, event apps and kiosk experiences built to run on real hardware in a real room.

  • B2B & B2C sites
  • Portals & web apps
  • Event & mobile apps
  • Interactive explainers

Automation

The work that runs while you sleep.

These aren't hypotheticals. They're workflows we run in production today — the kind of quiet machinery that replaces a part-time hire. Pick one and watch it go.

Selected work

We build for organizations whose argument is harder than their audience's patience.

Featured · Mobile app

Three days in Austin, close to a hundred speakers, breakouts with limited seats. We built the app that carried the event: sign-in with each attendee's Luma ticket, the full schedule, seat reservations with waitlists, a personal agenda, an attendee directory and live chat for the event and every session.

Principled Business Portal

portal.principledbusiness.org ↗

A membership organization was running 185 members across spreadsheets, Stripe and inboxes. We built the system that replaced all of it: an admin CRM where staff see enrollment, tier, status and renewal risk against live filters, and a member portal with the directory, events, programs and benefits behind one login. Underneath, billing sync, status changes, lapsed-member flags and onboarding sequences run on their own.

Global Accreditation Project

globalaccredit.org ↗

GAP is building a new accreditor for American higher education, so its case has to hold up for readers as different as a federal reviewer and a first-time donor. We built the site that carries it: the problem-to-vision sequence, a six-stage roadmap that reads at a glance, and a research report packaged for circulation.

The Athos Group

athosed.com ↗

Athos launches and renews mission-driven institutions with a fractional-executive model most people have never heard of. The site had to make that model legible in one scroll, carry eleven client institutions and four named testimonials, and look like the seniority of the people behind it.

How we work

Built to be handed over.

One partner

Site, automation, AI and the integrations underneath come from a single team. Nothing to coordinate, nothing lost between contracts.

Senior only

The people in the kickoff are the people who build it. No handoff to a junior bench after you sign.

Fixed scope, fixed price

A defined scope and a number agreed before day one. You know what you're getting and what it costs before we start.

Support if you want it

Monthly maintenance for organizations that would rather keep a technical partner than build the function in-house.

The process

Five steps, start to handover.

The same sequence on every engagement, whether it's a two-week build or a year-long partnership.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

A free twenty-minute session to map how the work actually moves through your organization, where it jams, and where technology would earn its keep. Sometimes the answer is that you don't need us yet.

  2. 02

    Proposal

A technical scope and a price built around what we found. No packages, no tiers, and no line items you didn't ask about.

  3. 03

    Build

A technical lead runs the work and a single point of contact keeps you current every week. You get a live link from the first days, not a reveal at the end.

  4. 04

    Training and handover

For B2B platforms, SaaS, portals and internal tools

We teach your team to operate what we built, and leave documentation written for the person who joins next year. Independence is the deliverable.

  5. 05

    Ongoing support

Optional monthly maintenance for organizations that keep growing into new problems. You can start it, stop it, or never use it.

Who we work with

Organizations at the point where manual stops scaling.

↗

Growing companies

Small teams carrying more operational load than headcount, where the next hire is cheaper as software.

§

Professional services

Law, consulting, marketing and finance firms that need a CRM that fits the practice and assistants that handle the repetition.

✎

Education and ed-tech

Schools, platforms and learning providers using technology to make the student experience specific rather than generic.

◐

Mission-driven institutions

Nonprofits, funds and new institutions that have to be persuasive to donors, regulators and the public at the same time.

Next step

Twenty minutes tells us both whether this is worth doing.

Bring the process that's costing you the most time. We'll tell you what we'd build, roughly what it costs, and whether it's worth building at all. No deck, no pitch, and no follow-up sequence if the answer is no.

What are you thinking about?

No deck, no pitch, no follow-up sequence if the answer is no.
